A/W 19
The inaugural MARTIN DIMENT Fall/Winter 2019 sweater collection was launched exclusively in the UK at Browns, London. It is exclusively available globally on-line at Farfetch.com.
The collection is British in its DNA with a modern global attitude. High-end luxury Italian yarns and production are fused with innovative and advanced construction techniques resulting in “progressive sweater design meeting artisan craftsmanship.”
This season's inspiration and vibe is taken loosely from the contorted and awkward poses present in Egon Schiele’s self portraits. This gives the feeling reminiscent of the anarchistic UK punk movement. Textures and monochromatic colours also play a significant role in creating a harmonious relationship between the juxtaposition.
The London based Martin Diment brand is a creative collaborative team effort made up of Martin Diment, head designer and Edgardo Hernandez, business developer.
Collaboration is a vital component to the Martin Diment brand. It features partnerships with artists such as painters, ceramicists, and Graffiti artists.
S/S 20
Spring Summer 2020 will be available at Browns, Farfetch, The Library 1994 and Ssense.
The framework for this year’s SS20 collection continues to take it’s vibe from the early work of Egon Schiele’s self portraits and the anarchistic attitude of the UK punk movement.
